IMAGING
MODULE

Share One is proud to announce the development and release of three new imaging modules for our existing customers.
Photo and
Signature Capture - Allows credit union staff to scan in a
drivers license, signature card or upload a digital picture
and attach it to the member’s account. This image is then
available for tellers inside the ID box on the teller screen.
A side benefit of this module is that it allows any document
to be scanned and attached to a member’s account. Share One
has determined that this will be considered part of the base
package.
Electronic
Receipts with Signature Capture – This module stores an
electronic copy of the receipt along with member’s
signature. No longer is it necessary to store paper copies of
receipts! Archived receipt is available by simply right
clicking on specific transaction in member’s history screen.
This is an optional feature and requires additional hardware.
Electronic
Loan Documents with Signature Capture – Stores a signed
electronic copy of all loan forms that are created at time of
disbursement. These copies are available through the Image
Management utility. This is an optional feature and requires
additional hardware.
CROSS-SELL
MODULE

Share One's latest release (January 2003) included a new marketing feature that allows targeting members for product marketing. The system displays a message box once a member's account number is entered into the system showing what products to offer. Additionally, notes on members can be maintained for product recommendations denoting date offered, member response, etc. Reports can be generated for mail-merging into marketing
materials
NS
Forms

Available now with NewSolutions is a new form design solution, NSForms. With this feature, an existing printed form can be scanned, data fields identified and then programmed and stored as a permanent "live" work form. The form can then be laser printed with required disposition. Examples of these forms could be New Member, Certificate of Deposit, or any loan documents.
