As you are aware, Central Georgia Regional Credit Union converted to the New Solutions software as a new client on April 1, 2002. Now that 14 months have past since our conversion, I felt it was appropriate to look back over the last year and provide you some feedback. Over the last few days I have talked with my staff and asked for their input. To sum it up simply and quickly, we are absolutely satisfied we made the right choice in partnering with Share One.

From the very beginning, I have been impressed with the commitment that we received from Share One as our strategic partner. The quality of service we received during our conversion and the level of service we receive today has been exceptional. I cannot imagine a smoother conversion. I have been impressed by the number of enhancements to the system we have received in the first year alone. It is comforting to know that our data processing partner is constantly working to improve and enhance our system. In addition, I have a high level of confidence that the users group input has helped facilitate improvements and strengthened our alliance. 

In addition to the basic system, we have also been impressed by the development and hosting of our Website. The home banking piece has been widely accepted by our membership and has worked flawlessly. 

I hope you will share this letter with your employees and thank them for a job well done. I look forward to working with Share One for many years and wish you and Share One continued success.
