As you know, Downey Federal Credit Union has had a relationship with Share One for the past 18 years. One of reasons we have stayed with the company is the wonderful  service that we receive from your staff. You should be proud to say that most of them have been with the company for 15 years plus. Most of the time our needs are taken care of both efficiently and in a professional manner.

We love the new system you have developed. My staff seems to have adjusted just fine. The tellers have had no problem in balancing each night, and say it is much easier and better than the legacy system.
