I would like to commend you and your staff for the outstanding, continuous support. We are pleased with the conversion from the ALPHA to the New Solutions software. We have no regrets. Your New Solutions is a "solution" for any size credit union. The software has proven to us to be fast, user friendly and efficient.

Since New Solutions runs entirely using MICROSOFT 2000 Server and SQL Server, the system is extremely flexible.  The daily and month-end process, including balancing, is faster and easier. The ACH and payroll posting is done in a minimal amount of time. Our Accountant is very pleased with the system. She has found that accounts payable with the history cuts time down. Teller balancing is done within 5 minutes. Automatic transfers are done within seconds. Overall the system is extremely efficient and is state of the art.
