After using NewSolutions for a year now I surveyed the selection team and asked them if they still felt we had made the right decision. I got the same vote. Even after that difficult start we encountered with the September 11th events, everyone is still elated with the product. Just about everything works as advertised or better and we have discovered many new features that we never even dreamed.  The bang for the buck is considerable too. Not only do we have a far better product overall; we were able to reduce our monthly data processing expense by 35% while introducing new products to our members like on-line debit cards and on-line Home Banking. Also, our workload has been reduced.

Perhaps the most important factor is one that wasn't even on our initial "must have" list. That is the quality support we get from the entire staff at ShareOne. Our collective staffs have become friends and teammates rather than simply customers and clients. Your team and the User Group are superb!
