role-based security model allows you maximum control of any
part of your system.

and Application access is built on a "Role"
concept
- Roles
refer to activities and responsibilities associated with
each position at the Credit Union
- Users
can access only functions and options associated with
their assigned Role
- Functions
not assigned to user Role will not appear
- Security
and access maintenance is simple—change the appropriate
Role and all users with that assigned Role are updated. If
a user is promoted or moved into a different position,
simply reassign the Roles to that user.

user name and password required to access NewSolutions

Union defined automatic timeout period for inactive
session—name and password must be reentered

Member account requires an Eligibility assignment—SEG,
staff, family, etc.
