Daryl Tanner, President CEO
Daryl Tanner, Share One's President and CEO, has an insider's edge on how financial institutions
operate, in particular credit unions, having served as President/CEO of four credit unions from
$50 million to $850 million in assets over a period of 27 years. He has served on numerous
committees and boards in regional and national credit union associations including 10 years as a
committee member for NAFCU (the National Association of Federal Credit Unions). He served as the
national Year 2000 spokesman for NAFCU and for 10 years on the Advisory Board for the Credit Union
Magazine.
He was a founding board member of the Financial Service Center Cooperative of California that
participates in providing shared branch services for over 1,200 credit unions nationwide. While
serving as CEO of Litton Employees Federal Credit Union in Los Angeles, Daryl was involved in
the development of the CuStar system now owned and deployed by re:Member Data Services out of
Indianapolis. While serving as CEO of Pacific IBM EFCU, he sponsored the development of one of
the first large-scale client/server data processing systems for credit unions in the United
States. This system (known as CUBE) won the 1992 MicroBanker Banking Software of the Year award
and is currently owned and marketed by IntegraSys.

Richard
Larsen, VP Product Development
Prior to joining Share One, Rick was employed at re:Member
Data Services where he served in a similar capacity and was
responsible for the primary design of their CuStar credit
union software system. He was also directly responsible for
the development of the underlying database for that system as
well as the report generator and data manipulation language.
He has been associated with University of Tennessee Medical
Units where he was assistant director. Mr. Larsen designed a
research support system for Radiommunoassay that is still in
use after twenty years. He has an excellent reputation in the
industry through his software and hardware technical ability.

Donald W.
Conrad, VP Sales and Administration
Don Conrad, VP Sales and Administration, has thirty-four
years of progressive management and sales/marketing experience
in the Services industry. Prior to joining the Share One team,
Don held key positions such as CEO, COO, and president in the
financial (commercial banking) arena for a number of years.
His primary management strengths are an overall knowledge and
ability to quickly access and adopt to business situations as
a "problem solver" or
"growth/profitability" environment. He has proven
results in achieving objectives in profitability improvement,
sales/marketing management, budget planning and control,
strategic planning, personnel management, commercial and
retail lending, and information/systems project management.
He has extensive experience in software development and the
information services industry. He has managed several large
data centers in the Mid South and the Mid West that provide
on-line services to commercial banks and other industries.

Tariq Qureshi,
Manager of Legacy Systems
Tariq Qureshi is the longest-term employee at the
company. Mr. Qureshi was originally employed at ECOM
systems in 1976 and has remained with the company as the chief
architect of the legacy system currently operating for all of
Share One's clients. Although he is being integrated
into the work on the NewSolutions project, his primary
responsibility is to the current customer base and their needs
for regulatory updates and small product and function
enhancements. His long experience with the customer base
and its requirements makes "TQ" one of the company's
most valuable assets.

Teri Van
Frank, VP Client Services
Teri Van Frank has 17 years in the information services
industry. A graduate of the University of Memphis with a
degree in business administration, her career began as an
administrative assistant with ECOM systems, Inc., the
predecessor to Share One. She was named Manager of Customer
Support in 1992, and then in 1995 she was appointed as Vice
President of Client Services where her principle
responsibilities have been to oversee customer and technical
services, including product testing and documentation
departments. She also coordinates sales support between the
sales, administration, product development, and customer
service departments.
As Share One's scope of services has broadened, the Service
Bureau and Web Services divisions are also under her
direction. In addition, Teri organizes yearly client
conferences.

Carla
Lalley, CFO
Carla Lalley has over 25 years' experience in the field of
banking and finance. After receiving her bachelor's degree,
she worked as a Commercial Loan Officer for the Bank of
America. She has since served as Controller and Chief
Financial Officer for three major credit unions including
Litton EFCU, Mid Atlantic FCU, and Kaiser Permanente FCU. She
has conducted a successful accounting consulting business for
several years receiving many referrals from major accounting
firms and NCUA examiners. She has received wide recognition in
the industry for her expertise in accounting, cost accounting,
and settlement procedures.
