Daryl Tanner
President/CEO

Daryl Tanner Daryl has 12 years of service as Share One's President/CEO.  His notable achievements include overseeing the development of the current core processing system, NewSolutions.  Under his guidance NewSolutions was built from scratch utilizing the latest available technology and a collaboration of credit union system users and programming experts.  In 2002, Daryl worked with an elite group of clients to convert Share One to a CUSO.

Daryl's background provides keen insight into the credit union industry where he served as President/CEO of four credit unions ranging in size from $50 million to $850 million in assets over a period of 27 years.

Daryl received a B.S. from Brigham Young University.  He has served on numerous committees and boards in regional and national credit union associations including 10 years as a committee member for NAFCU (the National Association of Federal Credit Unions).  He is in his 12th year on the Advisory Board for the Credit Union Magazine.  He was a founding board member of the Financial Service Center Cooperative of California that participates in providing shared branch services for over 1,200 credit unions nationwide.

While serving as CEO of Litton Employees Federal Credit Union in Los Angeles, Daryl was involved in the development of the CuStar system now owned by OSI. While serving as CEO of Pacific IBM EFCU, he sponsored the development of one of the first large-scale client/server data processing systems for credit unions in the United States. This system (known as CUBE) won the 1992 MicroBanker Banking Software of the Year award and is currently owned and marketed by IntegraSys.

Carla Tanner
CFO/VP Installations

Carla Tanner Carla has been an integral part of the design of NewSolutions from its inception, working closely with both Share One clients and Share One developers who participated in the innovation and collaboration phase.  Carla has over 35 years experience in the field of banking and finance, giving her transferable insight into Share One's continuous efforts to improve system processes and efficiencies.  She worked on the very first NewSolutions system conversion and has had the responsibility of overseeing Share One's installation teams.

After receiving her B.S. from Cal State Northridge in Los Angeles, she worked as a commercial loan officer for Bank of America.  Carla has 18 years experience as controller and CFO for three major credit unions including Litton EFCU, Mid Atlantic IBM FCU, and Kaiser Permanente FCU.  She conducted a successful accounting consulting business for several years working with major accounting firms and NCUA examiners.  She has received wide recognition in the industry from her expertise in accounting, cost accounting, and settlement procedures.

Teri Van Frank
COO/SVP

Teri Van Frank Teri Van Frank works daily to lead Share One to excel in customer service and operational efficiencies.  She oversees general operations and communications including customer service and internet services, customer training and education services; product design, testing and quality assurance; human resources, payroll, benefits administration and contract administration.

Teri is a native Memphian, a graduate of The University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.  She has held numerous positions with Share One, beginning in 1982 as an administrative assistant.  Her keen understanding of the operational processes of the company and the core processing software provided the basis for her successful advancements.  Teri was promoted to manager of customer service, then vice president of customer and internet service before her promotion to COO.

Teri has assisted with the success and growth of Share One and helped structure the CUSO business model that specializes in providing a strong collaborative partnership for credit unions.

Donald W. Conrad
SVP Sales

Don Conrad Don has over thirty years of progressive experience in the financial services industry in the field of management, commercial lending, sales, and business development.  Under his leadership, Share One has experienced record sales and new business development growth.  Don has been a key coordinator between clients and staff in the ongoing development of system enhancements, which must be continually reviewed and refined to remain highly competitive in the ever changing financial services marketplace.

Don attended East Carolina University and began his career in the retail banking arena holding key positions such as CEO, COO, and president. His primary management strengths are an overall knowledge and ability to quickly access and adapt to business situations as a problem solver and lead the course for growth and profitability.  He has proven results in achieving objectives in profitability improvement, sales/marketing management, budgeting and control, strategic planning, personnel management, commercial and retail lending, and information/systems project management.

He has extensive experience in software development and the information services industry. He has managed several large data centers in the Mid South and the Mid West that provide on-line services to commercial banks and other industries.

Scott Eungard
VP of Sales and Marketing

Scott Eungard Scott is an integral part of the driving force for the sales initiatives that has resulted in a record number of sales/system conversions for Share One during his tenure.  His years of experience in the credit union industry have provided the expertise necessary for understanding and negotiating win-win contracts.

Scott graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications, and went on to serve as a sales consultant for Open Solutions, FiTech Systems, and C. U. Processing which was acquired by $4 billion CGI Group, before joining the team at Share One.

While employed at C. U. Processing, Scott was promoted from sales consultant to director of business development, regional and national sales manager.  As national sales manager he led a team of successful sales executives and account managers for over four years.  During his term at C. U. Processing, Scott was awarded the prestigious "Salesman of the Year" award five times.

Richard Larsen
VP Research and Development

Richard Larsen Rick leads the research and development team to continually perfect and upgrade the NewSolutions system with the latest technology innovations and product developments.  Rick was vital in the development of Share One's current core processing system, NewSolutions.  His extensive technology background with the credit union industry lends tremendous advantage for Share One's client partners.

Rick received a B.S. from Rhodes College and went on to work in the technology field concentrating on computer programming.  He served as assistant director of The University of Tennessee Medical Units where he designed a research support system for Radiommunoassay that is still in use after twenty years.

Rick went on to serve as system designer for re:Member Data Services and is credited for the primary design of CuStar credit union software system.  Additionally, he was directly responsible for the development of the underlying database for that system, the report generator feature, and data manipulation language.

Tariq Qureshi
VP Client Programming and Support

TQ Tariq currently supports Share One clients with his expertise of NewSolutions core processing programming.  His thirty years of service with this company and client base make him one of the company's most valuable assets.  Tariq was the chief architect of the original credit union processing system and serviced the clients on that system until it was retired and replaced with NewSolutions.

Tariq holds two Bachelor degrees: B.S. in Mathematics from University of Karachi, Pakistan, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis, Tennessee.  Tariq began working for the University of Memphis while finishing his second degree in the computer center and quickly realized his natural affinity for the field of computer technology.  He began his career here as a programmer/analyst and has evolved through many job duties, company changes, including two mergers, and evolution of technology standards.  He has participated in product design and development bringing a tremendous wealth of knowledge and understanding of the credit union industry and client needs.

Scott Bush
VP Technical Service

Scott Bush Scott leads the Share One technical operations team.  He is the primary visionary for implementing new technologies and incorporating these technologies to strengthen security and enhance the NewSolutions system.  He and his team provide the insight and expertise for new clients to determine hardware specifications, network analysis and design, and system implementation for successful system conversions.

Scott received a B.S. in computer science from The University of Mississippi's engineering school.  He has over 20 years experience in the credit union information services industry and has been a key resource for Share One in all areas of the business.  Scott was the architect of the communication, networking, and security services currently in use and was a key contributor of the initial design of the data center.
