Share One History

Share One has three decades of history in the financial software services industry.  Located in Memphis, Tennessee we serve credit unions on a national scale providing in-house core processing software, outsourcing resources, and Internet solutions.

Our CUSO business model is a cooperative ownership including Share One employees and credit union clients.  The CUSO Board of Directors is comprised of three senior employee/shareholders, five client credit union officers, and one outside director, a lifetime IT professional.

Previously, Share One provided a core processing solution based on Digital Equipment's VMS operating system.  In 1998, Share One, along with a group of eleven clients, came together to innovate a fresh, flexible, and open "dream" core processing system.  Over the course of two years, the team regularly collaborated to develop the system.  The result of that cooperative effort between an experienced programming and development team and dedicated group of credit union leaders is NewSolutions, the most advanced information processing system available in the marketplace.
